The Maui News Building houses offices, computer stations, a press room, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms and a spacious outdoor courtyard. Using scored block, monier tile roofing, lush native plants and rock retaining walls, this facility blends into it’s environment and does not over power it. The use of the courtyard in the middle of the facilty brings the outdoors into the architectural space.
