The Wells Street Professional Center is located in the civic center district of uptown Wailuku, Maui. The 4-story office building houses 24 office spaces and has 61 on site parking spaces. The use of pre-cast concrete panels, pre-stressed planks and bands of tinted windows around the perimeter makes this building energy efficient and structurally sound.
