The 2-story water telemetry and laboratory building is located in the Kahului Baseyard. The complex tests the island’s water for compliance with current health codes and monitors the water flow.

The industrial architectural design, with the use of a parapet metal trim roof and concrete block walls, of this building blends in with the overall industrial language of the baseyard.
