The existing building usage was for the Maui Police Department headquarters. It was renovated to accomodate County of Maui department offices. Currently, the Department of Land Use & Codes administration occupies the ground level offices. Conference rooms and the Planning Commission hearing room is located on the ground floor. The Department of Planning offices and meeting rooms are located on the second floor.
