The Elleair Rainbow banquet and dining facility, formerly the Maui Beach Red Dragon Room, is the only large capacity dining facility in the city of Kahului that seats up to 346 patrons. Attention to fine detailing throughout the interior and exterior of the facility creates an upscale atmosphere that is enhanced with the use of large coffered ceilings, koa wood, etched glass and slate tile.
