Kalihi Valley Homes Phases 3A, 3B and 4A consists of the complete interior and exterior renovation of a total of 8 buildings on the Kalihi Valley Homes site. KVH serves as affordable, transitional housing for the residents of Oahu.

This project, located in the heart of Kalihi Valley creates a warm and inviting community atmosphere that is economical and functional – giving its residents take pride in upholding.

Installation of new utility work, landscaping, as well as repaving and striping of parking and driveway areas, creates an all encompassing renovation to complete this residential community.
