The Kulamalu Assisted Living Skilled Nursing Facility will house sixty-three (63) rooms for approximately 126 residents. This two story facility will have seventeen (17) high acuity patient rooms and eleven (11) assisted living units on the first floor, along with an activity/ dining area, laundry room, maintenance room, commercial kitchen, main dining room, private dining/meeting room, lobby, and offices. The second floor will have thirty-five (35) assisted living units, a television/activity room, a fitness/wellness center, and storage.

Courtyards for the high acuity patients and assisted living residents are planned for the central core of the facility. There will be a drive up drop off and pick up area adjacent to the parking lot.

A typical patient room will be 305 square feet in floor area and the one bedroom units will be 380 square feet.
